The Computerized Management and Maintenance System or CMMS is a software that helps /facilitates an organization’s maintenance operation. It maintains a database that organizes information which makes a maintenance process easier and more efficient.
The Work Request Module allows user create a Work Request for reported issues/incidents. It contains a dashboard to give view of Work Requests that are currently pending, completed etc. A user can also create a Work Order using an existing Work Request.
